Welcome to Lingswift (灵动迅捷). These terms are between you and 福州市连江灵动迅捷科技有限责任公司 ("we", "us") and apply to our website, desktop application and related services. Before registering or signing in, read these terms, the Privacy Policy and the AI Usage Notice, then actively select the agreement checkbox if you understand and agree.

Please pay particular attention to content permissions, verification of AI results, fees, service interruptions and liability. If you disagree, do not register or sign in. You may still browse public website information and these documents.

1. Services and eligibility

Lingswift provides tools for e-commerce content creation and operations, including collecting and managing assets, editing images, creating product image sets, extracting titles, generating videos and listing products. Available features, platforms, quotas and limits depend on your version and the purchase page.

You must have the legal capacity appropriate to your use. Minors should use the service with a guardian's review, consent and guidance. If you act for a business or other organization, you must first obtain its authorization.

Official TikTok account authorization and video publishing are not currently available. The related terms below describe the rules that will apply when these features become available. They do not mean the features are available, have passed TikTok review, or provide TikTok Shop management permissions. Supported markets and capabilities will be disclosed at launch.

2. Accounts and security

Register or sign in using a phone number, WeChat account or other method you are entitled to use, and provide accurate, necessary information. Protect your password, verification codes and devices. Do not impersonate others, sell accounts or use an account unlawfully.

If you discover account theft or unusual activity, stop the affected operations and contact us. You are responsible for operations within your authorization; we remain responsible under applicable law for losses caused by our fault.

3. Content rights and acceptable use

Before uploading, collecting, editing or publishing assets, confirm that you have the necessary copyright, trademark, likeness, voice, personal information and other permissions. Content being accessible or collectable does not make it free to use. Our tools do not grant rights to third-party content.

Watermark removal, reference video analysis and other editing tools may only be used on content you own or have the relevant permission to use. Do not remove creators' copyright watermarks, attribution or rights management information without the rights holder's consent, or copy arbitrary content from other platforms to TikTok.

Do not create or distribute unlawful information, infringe rights, disclose trade secrets, commit fraud or engage in abusive marketing. Do not disrupt the service, bypass permissions or billing limits, attack systems or abuse APIs.

You retain your lawful rights in your inputs. To carry out tasks you submit, you permit us and necessary technical providers to process, transmit and store related content only as needed for the service. This does not transfer ownership of your assets to us. Also read the AI Usage Notice for rights and limitations concerning AI outputs.

4. Third-party platforms and publishing

When connecting stores, authorizing third-party services or publishing products, follow the relevant platform's rules, authorization scope and separate agreements. Third-party platforms independently determine review, distribution, product display and transaction outcomes.

Before submitting a listing, check images, titles, product attributes, prices and permissions. We do not promise approval, particular traffic, sales or revenue.

When TikTok features become available, connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and choose permissions through TikTok's official authorization process. Accepting these terms does not authorize access to your TikTok account or replace the express confirmation needed for each upload or publication. TikTok account connections and TikTok Shop store authorization are separate services and do not substitute for one another.

Before sending content to TikTok, preview the video, check the target account and editable title and hashtags, and actively select the visibility and interaction settings permitted by the platform. Content may be sent only after your express confirmation to upload. With draft uploads, you still need to complete editing and publishing through TikTok's process.

Confirm video and music rights, accept TikTok's music usage requirements as prompted in the publishing interface, and accurately disclose content promoting your own or a third-party brand. Follow TikTok's Branded Content Policy where applicable. Label AI-generated or synthetic content as required by applicable law and TikTok rules. When these features become available, our service will not add Lingswift promotional watermarks, logos or links to content shared through the API.

TikTok independently determines account eligibility, permissions, posting limits, review and processing outcomes. A successful transfer does not mean approval or immediate public visibility. Lingswift is an independent service, not an official TikTok product, and providing a connection does not imply TikTok's endorsement.

5. Paid services, quotas and orders

Some features require purchasing a plan, quota or other paid service. Before paying, check the price, validity, included features, quota consumption and refund information. The information displayed and confirmed on your order confirmation page applies. Undisclosed charges should not form a basis for additional deductions.

Task charges and failure handling follow the relevant feature's billing rules and actual billing records. For questions about charges, orders or refunds, retain the order number, task identifier and related records and contact us. These terms do not exclude statutory refund or other consumer rights.

6. Service changes, interruptions and termination

We may adjust features for maintenance, updates, security risks or changes to third-party services and provide appropriate notice when use is affected. Export and back up important assets and results; do not use our service as their only storage location.

If we discover unlawful conduct, infringement or risks to service security, we may restrict features or terminate service based on the facts, risk and legal requirements, with necessary explanation and an opportunity to appeal, except in urgent security situations or where law provides otherwise.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. First address unfinished tasks and orders and save content you need. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Risks and liability

AI outputs may contain errors, repetition, bias or infringement risks. Review them before use and publication. Networks, devices, third-party platforms or events beyond reasonable control may also cause delays or interruptions. We will take reasonable measures to reduce their impact.

Each party is responsible under applicable law for its own fault and breach. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limit your statutory rights or unconditionally place all risk on you.

8. Updates, applicable law and disputes

We publish updates and their dates on this page. Material changes affecting services, personal information or important rights will receive appropriate notice and, where necessary, renewed consent. You may stop using the affected services if you disagree.

The laws of mainland China govern these terms, without excluding mandatory consumer or privacy rights applicable in your location, including applicable US state law rights. Parties may first try to resolve disputes through discussion; either party may then seek relief in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Chinese and English versions are intended to express the same rights and obligations. If you identify a difference in meaning, contact the email on this page. We will clarify and correct it without restricting your non-waivable statutory rights.
