AI Usage Notice

1. Inputs and cloud processing

You may submit prompts, images, videos, links and other materials as required by each feature. The system uses them to generate or process content. For cloud AI tasks, relevant inputs and necessary parameters are uploaded to servers and processed by the model and technical services needed to complete the task.

Submit only materials you have the right to use and to provide for processing. Do not enter unauthorized personal information, trade secrets, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive content unrelated to the task.

2. Content permissions and usage limits

Check the scope of permission for images, trademarks, likenesses, voices, video clips and reference works. Style transfer, background removal, print extraction, reference-based video creation and other technical processing do not automatically remove rights restrictions on the original work.

Watermark removal and reference-video processing apply only to assets you own or are licensed to use. Do not remove copyright watermarks, attribution or rights-management information without the rights holder's consent. Data obtained through TikTok APIs must not be used as input for AI inference or model training.

Do not use AI to create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing or impersonating content, or to infringe minors' rights. Obtain legally required authorization and consent before using the likenesses or voices of real people, including minors.

3. Generated results and human review

Models may generate incorrect text, distorted details, invented information or product appearances inconsistent with the input. Check product appearance, materials, specifications, functions, certifications, brands and promotional claims carefully to avoid misleading consumers.

Different tasks may produce similar results. Outputs do not indicate our endorsement of facts, opinions or ownership of rights. Whether an output is a protected work or usable in a particular commercial context depends on applicable law, input permissions and the actual content. We do not promise exclusive or inherently non-infringing results.

AI outputs do not replace professional advice or guarantee platform approval, sales performance or commercial returns. Stop distributing abnormal, harmful or potentially infringing results and keep task information for investigation.

4. Labeling and distribution of generated content

When publishing or distributing AI-generated or synthetic content, follow applicable labeling requirements and the target platform's rules. Declare generated content that requires labeling, and avoid making the public believe it is real footage or a real event.

Do not maliciously delete, alter, forge or conceal legally required AI-generated or synthetic-content labels. When exporting, editing or republishing, check that relevant labels and declarations are retained.

5. Task charges and availability

Before submitting a task, review the selected feature's usage, settings and billing information. Results are uncertain, and regenerating may incur additional usage. Abnormal failures and billing disputes are reviewed against the displayed billing rules and actual charges.

Task duration and availability may be affected by inputs, model load and third-party services. Save important results. Service limits and both parties' responsibilities are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

6. Feedback and notice updates

For content-safety, infringement or personal-information concerns, provide the operator with the task identifier, a description of the issue and necessary proof of rights. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information. We will investigate and handle the matter under applicable law.

This notice will be updated as features and processing methods change. Changes materially affecting your rights or legally requiring renewed consent will receive separate notice.
